To make the cleaning staff's daily work easier, the app includes a document manager. Instead of carrying printed documents, important information - such as cleaning instructions, instructions for special cleaning agents, or property-specific specifications - can be accessed directly in digital form. This gives employees access to the documents they need at any time without having to carry additional materials.
(This feature must be activated in the cockpit first.)
View in the app
Once the document manager has been activated in the cockpit and documents have been stored, cleaning staff can view the documents in the app. The documents can be viewed according to their assigned location.
A document can be assigned to one of the following:
- Areas
- Area types
- Cleaning categories
- Activity types
- Cleaning tours
- Users
If, for example, a document is stored for a user, the cleaning staff member will see a paperclip-icon in the top right corner of the app (the same applies if a tour has been assigned).
If a document is stored on a area type, the paperclip-icon appears in the task list.
When the cleaning staff clicks on the paperclip-icon, they can see all the documents that have been stored in this location.
To view the document, the cleaning staff clicks on the eye-icon. This opens the document.
To close the document again, the cleaner can click on the cross in the top right-hand corner of the document. This will take them back to the overview with the eye-icon, where they can view other documents, if available.
However, if the cleaner wants to return to their tasks, they can click on the arrow in the top left-hand corner to do so.
If a document has been stored in the cockpit in such a way that the view type is mandatory, the document appears automatically as soon as, for example, the assigned tour is selected or the assigned area is clicked on.
