For greater efficiency in everyday use, it is possible to upload a customised template for calculation the offer basis in the cockpit. The customised adjustments are then taken into account and displayed during the next download. This eliminates the need for repeated manual editing of the download.
Customers with the roles of project manager advanced and project manager have access to the two buttons Download offer basis and Adjust offer basis in the Cleaning process/Schedule of service level.
The template can be downloaded via the Customise offer basis button, where individual adjustments can be made.
The downloaded template has five sheets:

Performance figures | The entries for the area types and their key figures are stored here. |
Results | The results to be reported are stored here. |
Hourly rates | The area types from the cockpit and the corresponding hourly rates must be stored here. |
Translations and rules | This sheet explains which entries are required and how they are structured, as well as which rules must be stored and which formulas are recommended. |
The two following options are now available for customisation:
- The columns containing Soobr data can be retained.
- The columns containing Soobr data can be deleted.
- Column labels can be adjusted; for example, if the quotation template for the European market is adjusted, the currency can be changed from CHF to EUR for all columns.
- New columns containing Excel formulas can be added.
- New spreadsheets can be added and filled with values/data manually.
- Not only can manual values be entered in new spreadsheets, it is also possible to enter Soobr data and formulas.
Once all adjustments have been made, please send the template to Customer Support via Zendesk Ticket, who will be happy to upload it for you.
Only one template can be uploaded per economic entity; if a new one is uploaded, the existing one will be overwritten.
Once the upload has been completed, you can now download the customised file by clicking the Download offer basis button. This file will include and display the changes you have made.
The two standard downloads will still be available to you after uploading a template.
Additional adjustments
If, for example, individual hourly rates have changed since the last upload, the adjusted download can be downloaded using the Adjust offer basis button. The changes must then be entered in this file. Please send the adjusted download to Customer Support via Zendesk Ticket, who will then upload it.
