In the schedule of service, all area types are listed with the performance number, priority, limit and fallback as well as the associated cleaning categories and activity types.
The schedule of service can be found under the menu item »Cleaning process« in the »Schedule of service« tab.
Edit the schedule of service
To edit the schedule of service, click the Edit button at the bottom right of the line.
Area type
In the first column all the area types are listed. The number in the coloured circle indicates the number of areas.
By clicking on the three dots next to the coloured circle it is possible to edit the area type.
Feature | Description |
Rename | Here it is possible to give the area type a different name. |
Edit | Here it is possible to see the normal area types. |
Create a new special area |
Here you can create a new special area. Special areas can be recognized by the small arrow symbol. |
Delete |
Here it is possible to delete the entire area type. |
Base
Performance number
The performance number indicates the square meters that can be cleaned on average per hour on the area.
Priority
Here, different priorities can be assigned to the individual area types. Areas with a low priority are more likely to end up in the worklist than areas with a high priority.
Limit and fallback
In sensor-based rooms, the Limit and Fallback strategy can be selected here. More information can be found in the article Limit & Fallback.
Cleaning categories and activity types
In the cleaning categories, you can expand the view by clicking on the gray arrow to see all activity types. Here it is optionally possible to specify a performance figure in sqm/h as an average.
Activate activity types
To activate an activity type for an area type, one should click in the desired field.
Here you have three options to choose from:
Configuration | Description |
Activate performance | The activity tape is activated only for the selected area type. |
Apply in column | The configuration in the selected field is applied to all area types. |
For spec. take over | The configuration in the selected field is applied to all special areas. |
When configuring the frequency, it is also possible to select fixed days.
Click on Save to apply the changes.
Colors
Each frequency has its own color in the schedule of service.
Color | Meaning |
yellow | active (for activity types quality control or without frequency) |
pink | x times per day (the darker, the higher the frequency) |
orange | 1-5 times per week (the darker, the higher the frequency) |
blue | x times per month (the darker, the higher the frequency) |
Alternatively, you can download the schedule of service as an Excel document and make the changes there (see Upload schedule of service).
