Under the Cleaning Process menu item in the schedule of service tab, customers with the Project manager advanced and Project manager roles can download an Offer basis as an Excel file . Here, the cleaning costs can be calculated per area type and for the entire Economic entity.

When downloading, you can select the currency for the download.
The Excel file consists of three sheets, whereby the sheet performance figures is mainly needed for the offer creation.
Sheet 1: Room Book
This list includes all areas and their associated information, such as building, floor, area name, area type, area size, correction factor, and the highest cleaning frequency currently active for the area type.
Sheet 2: Performance Numbers
This sheet contains all area types, the number of areas per type, the total square footage per type, and the annual cleaning frequency, based on the data in the Cockpit included in the download. If a cleaning time is specified for an area type, it is also displayed.
In the Hourly Rate and Performance Numbers you can enter the data to be used for calculating the basis of the quote.
After entering the data, the Cleaning Time per Week, Cost per Week, Reference Area (in hours and minutes), and Refrence Area in square meters columns are calculated automatically.
Sheet 3: Result
If you have filled in the columns Hourly Rate and Operational Performance Number in the sheet Performance Numbers, the result is displayed here.
If necessary, additional cost items can be added manually here.
