The QR tag function can also be used to perform cleaning tasks. This is particularly suitable for cleaning items such as nursing beds, which are not always in the same location.
To use the QR tag function, please contact our Customer Support team via ticket, who will be happy to activate it for you.
Creating QR tags for elements
Scheduled items are listed in the app in a list view. The additional cleaning function with QR tags helps to find the right item and thus ensures that what needs to be cleaned is cleaned and that cleaning tasks are not accidentally performed twice. If a scheduled item is called up via QR tag and cleaned, the cleaning status of the item is updated to green in the list view.
Once the function has been activated, you can create QR tags in the element management section. To do this, select the box in front of the element. Currently, it is only possible to genrate 30 QR tags at a time. After selection, the edit bar apperas at the bottom of the screen, where you can download the QR tags using the Save button.
You will then be asked for which purpose the QR tags are to be generated: for the feedback function or the cleaning function at the level of areas and items. Here, you must select the button Generate QR tags for element and surface QR tags.
The QR tags are then saved in a zip folder in your downloads and can be edited before being attached to the items.
Create QR tags for areas
If the areas are not labelled on site, the rooms can be labelled with QR tags. This allows the cleaning staff to scan the QR tag and see which area it is and whether cleaning is neccessary. If the area is scheduled and therefore needs to be cleaned, this is displayed. Once cleaning is complete, the status of the cleaned area is transferred to the list view/building plan, i.e. the area is marked green.
Once the function has been activated by Customer Support, QR tags can be generated at the economic entity level in the Cleaning areas tab.
To do this, select the bubble in front of the floors or the areas. The QR symbol appears at the top of the list.
Whem you click on the icon, the following window appears, where you nedd to select the Generate Element and surface QR tags button.
The QR tags are then saved in a zip folder in your downloads and can be edited to be attached to the rooms.
How to scan QR tags with the app is described in the article Cleaning with QR tags.
