To make the satisfaction feedback available to you, please contact Customer Support via Zendesk Ticket, who will be happy to activate the feature for you.
If the feature is activated, the extension with the feedback option is displayed after scanning the QR code..
Positive feedback can be given using the green thumbs up button and the negative feedback can be given using the red thumbs down button.
The feedback given can be viewed in the analytics Cleaning Area Feedback.
An extension of the satisfaction feedback is the option of triggering an order with a predefined service after a definde number of negative feedbacks. And to prevent misuse of the satisfaction feedback, a blocking time can be set to prevent additional cleaning being carried out too quickly since the last cleaning.
