Another enhacement of the QR code is that orders can now also be triggered. For example, if the feature is used as a replacement for the proof of cleaning in toilets, an additional cleaning or replenishment of materials can be ordered directly.
To be able to use the order placement via the QR code, please contact our Customer Support via Zendesk Ticket.
The order placement can be customised. You can set whether only a single selection or a multiple selection is available.
If single selection is selected, only one activity type can be stored for the order. In this case, the button displayed in the QR code has the same name as the activity type. In the example shown, the activity type Refill dispenser (On Demand) was selected in the cockpit.
If the order has been triggered, this is indicated by a green bar and the message Order created.
Until this order has been completed, it is not possible to trigger another order on the same area. A red bar appears with a corresponding message.
If multiple selection is activated, several activity types can be selected and a title can be entered. The QR code then displays a dropdown with the activity types available for selection.
Several or just a single activity can be selected and triggered for the order.
Triggered order requests are shown in the cockpit in order management, with feedback displayed as the creator in each case. Like other orders, these orders can also be cancelles if they have not yet been accepted in the app. Also they can be copied.
