Zendesk

The contributions to user roles have been completely revised and expanded. You can now view the associated read and edit rights for each role. This serves general transparency as well as the selection of the correct cockpit user role. You can find the contributions here.

Video Library

Newly, you will find a video in the video library on how to use the planning version. This video presents when the planning version should be applied and what changes can be made to it. Additionally, a video has been created that introduces mobile device management. In this video, you will learn how to create shared mobile devices and how to assign a mobile device to a specific person. You will also learn everything about the use and handling of activation codes in the video. Also new is the video on customizing the room book. This explains what you need to pay attention to when customizing and which data can be adjusted. In another new video, you will learn how to set up notifications. With notifications, you can be informed about deviations in the cleaning program via SMS, chat, or email.

General Improvements

Area Feedback Function

• QR codes can now also be created for elements
• Next due service types can be displayed
• Orders can now also be triggered directly from the feedback function. The configuration allows for both individual orders to be triggered directly and for selection from a defined list of orders.

Order Management

• With the current app version, orders can now also be set to "pending"
• Orders in the status "waiting" can now be edited

Special Configuration

• A special configuration for a building can now be used.

Planning Version

• Project manager user roles can now delete unused planning versions.

Technical Improvements

• Various optimizations have been made in the area of simulation.
• Update of the framework version for the gateway and economic entity service.
• Optimization of the save process for the planning history to avoid planning interruptions.
• A new version of the CubeJS framework has been implemented.
• The assignment of administrator rights has been improved internally.
