Analytics performance numbers execution
The new Performance Numbers Execution feature can now be activated via customer support. This displays the performance figures of the cleaning tour recorded by the app. The calculation requires consistent use of the app by the cleaner. New cleaning frequency 2.5 x per week
It is now possible to activate the cleaning frequency 2.5 x per week on a 5-day week business entity. The service is scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, Friday in the first week and on Tuesday and Thursday in the second week. If the service is not performed, the days are shifted accordingly. In this way, maximum frequency compliance can be achieved.
The 2.5x per week frequency can be used as an alternative to the 3 x per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) frequency. This way an execution of every 2 days is achieved.
Improvements
- Sorting of cleaning tours via drag & drop is possible again.
- The simulation now considers standard vacation entries and does not execute a simulation cleaning on this day.
- Small improvements have been made in the order management:
- Comment and photo can now also be displayed in the cockpit.
- Via a setting, notifications about order creation and order completion can also be sent to e-mail addresses without the need for a soobr Cockpit user.
