Order management

The order management function can be used to replace previous «Clean now» and «Clean immediately» orders. Each order has a status history, a creator and a completion date. The order can contain several surfaces, cleanings without frequency or complete cleanings. A picture and a comment can be entered for each job, which will be displayed to the cleaner. The jobs can be created both in the cockpit and via the app.
CAFM Campos Integration
The Campos integration has been completed and can now be used in coordination with customer support.
Defect messages
Defect messages that are recorded in the soobr app can automatically create a ticket in Campos.
Room book / building plan import
The data for the soobr room book can be imported via the Campos API. If a building plan is available in Campos, it can also be imported. This eliminates the double entry in soobr.
Analytics areas time spent
The new Analytics areas time spent function has been revised and can now be used in coordination with customer support.
If the function is switched on, extended data will be recorded via the app.
Time on area
It is recorded how long the area dialog was open on the app and this is recorded as time on area. With the appropriate training of the cleaning staff, it is thus possible to distinguish between travel times and area times.
Feedback
Using the feedback function, cleaning staff can record feedback from a service. This is then recorded and reported in this evaluation. Possible use cases:
- Recording the condition of a room
- Recording refills, e.g. of coffee capsules
- Room occupied
Stopwatch
Using the stopwatch function, a cleaner can record additional work. This is then recorded and shown in this evaluation. Possible use cases:
- Efforts not covered by the service figure
- Temporary recording of activities (e.g. cleaning out dishwasher) for increased transparency
Display of estimated cleaning time at tour start
As an option, the estimated cleaning time can now be displayed in the app at the start of the tour. This feature can be activated via soobr support. This is an alpha feature.
Overview tour can complete surfaces
It can now be activated as an option that overview tours can complete areas. This allows the team leader to help out spontaneously if necessary. This function can be activated via the soobr support. This is an alpha feature.
Improvements
- Clicking on a bell job (OnDemand) in the app, now directly opens the surface details in the app.
- Various improvements have been implemented in the planning and simulation speed. This means that, for example, a substitution planning or the simulation is executed faster.
- Improvements in the operation of the cockpit:
- Building plan / floor plan is now always visible, even when scrolling down.
- If a surface type is edited on the surface type list, one jumps back to the same position in the list after finishing the editing, respectively the edited surface type is in the middle of the list.
- New additional information on the app team leader dashboard:
- Estimated cleaning time
- Cleaning time completed
- Tour running on multiple devices
- Running since
Tip: If you drag the screen "down" in the dashboard, the data will update.
Important information
- Features and improvements in the app are available from version 2.2.1 (92) and can be delivered to active tablets from soobr via customer support. The update will not be delivered automatically. Updates are delivered automatically via the App Store and Play Store.
