Order management can be used to trigger an early cleaning. This function is useful if an area is not due today, but the cleaner on site determines that cleaning would be necessary or wants to report a complaint. In this case, the area is then scheduled for the next tour. If, however, the tour is already running at that time, the area will only be included in the next tour. The orders can be created both in the cockpit and via the app.

Add order
To add a short-term order on an area, click on the desired area and then on the wheel at the top right to open the analysis display.
Here you can see the date and time of the last and next cleaning, as well as today's cleanings and current orders. Here you must now click on + Add order.
A description and a photo can be added here.

The order is saved by clicking on Add order.
View in the app
If a order has been created for an area, this area is listed in the bell list and, if a building plan is available, the area is coloured orange. Theorders are sorted by priority. An up arrow symbol means high priority, an equal sign means medium priority and a down arrow means low priority.
Execute order
The message can be closed by clicking on the x and cleaning can be carried out as usual.
