Quality control tours can be created in the dashboard.

Create quality control tour (dashboard)

Click on the gear wheel in the upper right corner to open the dashboard.

All current tours are displayed here. In order to create a quality control tour, click on Create quality control tour from template or on the + at the bottom right. 

Here it is possible to select one of the created templates.
