The base configuration of a quality control needs to be done to execute a quality control.
Activation
Quality control is turned off by default and must be activated by a Soobr employee. In addition, the Soobr employee can activate the evaluation of the performed services and the auto. Review Tour.

The quality control knows two types of controls, which can be used also mixed. One can create one's own quality control service types, which allow an evaluation of the general quality independent of the actually performed cleaning. In addition, it is possible to assess the services actually performed (e.g. "emptying waste"). It is not necessary to create quality control activity types for this purpose.
Entry of quality control activity types
For the activity types in the cleaning process, the individual quality control activity types can be entered in the same way as all other activity types. As soon as quality control is activated, the quality type can be selected when entering an activity type.
Activation on surface types
The desired quality controls must be activated on the corresponding surfaces so that the controls can be scheduled. To do this, edit a surface in the Cleaning process menu item under the Area types tab by clicking on the (...) icon.
Customize app user rights
The quality control tours can only be performed if the app user has the necessary Quality roll. If the Quality role and the Cleaning role are selected, both the cleaning tours and the quality tours will be displayed.
The user rights can be edited under the menu item User management under the tab Cleaning staff by clicking on the (...) icon for the respective person.
Mail settings for notifications
After completion of a quality tour, users can be notified via mail that a new quality tour is ready for review. The desired e-mail addresses can be stored in the settings.
