A quality control can be executed over the App.
Perform Quality Control Tour App
Start of the quality tour
In the app, after logging in with the user with the Quality role (see Basic configuration), all quality tours appear which have the execution date of today or of the past days and have not yet been completed.
The quality tour is started in the same way as the normal tour.
Carrying out the quality tour
The number of surfaces to be inspected is displayed in the red circles in the floor navigation. If a floor is selected, all surfaces that are to be checked in the quality tour are marked in red on the building plan.
Cleaning performances with assessment type "fulfilled/not Fulfilled"
If a red area is selected, the quality cleaning performances appear.
If the cleaning performance is selected, a green tick appears and the quality check for this cleaning performance type is considered to be fulfilled. If no check mark is set for the cleaning performance type, the cleaning performance is considered not fulfilled.
Clicking Submit exam completes the check for this face and the face is highlighted in green in the floor.
Cleaning performances with a numerical quality control scale
On the app, cleaning performances with a numerical quality control scale are shown with a hyphen next to the cleaning performance. Feedback is mandatory for these types of services.
If you try to close an area when a cleaning performance type has not yet been evaluated, the following message appears and the cleaning performance type that has not yet been evaluated is highlighted in red.
If Assessment optional is selected and you do not wish to submit an assessment, you must select Not applicable.

Not applicable: The performance is not assessed and is not included in the overall assessment. It is indicated with a yellow check mark.
This Option is useful if, for example, the area is currently inaccessible, the performance was temporarily not required, or similar. - Clear rating: Used if an incorrect assessment was given by mistake. No check mark is set. For the rating type fulfilled/not fulfilled, the performance is then considered not fulfilled and is included negatively in the overall rating. For the rating type numeric, a rating must then be given or marked as not applicable.
Comment function
During the execution of the quality control tour, comments can be made using the Add Comment button. There are different types of quality control feedback.
If you press the button while an area is selected, the comment will be added to this area. If no area is selected, it is a general comment. A photo can also be added to the comment.
It is also possible to add markers to photos that have been taken. How this works is explained in the article Defect reports via the app.
Basic control
The general control can be performed using the Basic control button.
Ending the quality tour
Once all or all of the required areas have been checked, the quality control tour can be ended. As with the cleaning tours, it is advantageous if the tour is ended correctly; press the End Tour button and then click To lock in the overview.
If the quality tour is not completed in the app, the quality control tour
is automatically completed after 18 hours, provided that at least one
area has been checked.
Up to app version 2.5.5 (146), there was an option to log out. This function has been removed,
because the automatic completion, which only takes place after 18h,
has led to many customer queries.
