The tour execution also works with certain restrictions without a network connection to the server (mobile data / WLAN). However, a connection must be available for the tour start and end.

If there is no connection at the tour start, an error message is displayed.
Tour execution
During the tour execution, the area completions, defect messages and quality checks are temporarily stored and sent after a new connection.
Excluded are:
- The reception of OnDemand Event
- The auto. reload of the tour / overview tour
- The display of Analytics data
Whether the app is in offline mode is indicated in the user menu with the offline icon (red dot).
Tour End
If there is no reception at the tour end, the following message is shown on the display:
Not all data has been transferred! Please do NOT switch off the display and wait until the transfer is complete.
In order for the data to be transferred completely, a location with reception should be visited.
If the screen turns black, no more data is transferred as the app is inactive.
Validity of the offline date
The data have a maximum validity of 24 hours. If an area was completed at 1pm on day 1 and the app does not go online until 1:01pm on day 2, the data will no longer be sent. This prevents the transmission of data that may no longer be valid (double planning).
