If new improvements/features are released and you want to use them, the app needs an update.
Update App
If the app is used on smartphones or tablets that are not managed by soobr, it is the customer's responsibility to update the app.
If the app is used on tablet and managed by soobr, please create a request to Customer Support via Zendesk Ticket to push the app to the latest version. Please provide the following information:
- Business entity
- Time period when the update can be triggered (outside cleaning hours)
- Which tablets (it makes sense to update all tablets)
It must be ensured that no tours are running at the specified time,
the tablets are connected to the power supply and switched on.
