The Order Management level not only allows you to create orders, but also provides an overview of all orders created within the economic entity.
Filter Options
To search for specific orders, filters are available at this level
- Free search (Search in table),
- Status,
- Areas,
- Area types,
- Categories,
- Activity types,
- Creator,
- Assigned tour,
- Creation date,
- Due date,
- and Closed date.
Similarly, you can sort the columns Type, Status, Creation date, Due date, Priority, and Closed in the table by clicking the arrow to the right of each column header.
The details of each order are listed in the table in the following columns:
| Column | Description |
| Area/Element | The reference ID or element name is displayed |
| Area Name | The area name is displayed |
| Type | Different information is displayed depending on the order type. If a complete cleaning has been requested, this is displayed directly. Otherwise, the category name or activity type name is displayed. If multiple categories/activity types are triggered in a single order, this is indicated as Multiple Categories/Multiple Activity types, hovering over Multiple Categories/Multiple Activity types displays the categories/activiyty types included in the order in a pop-up. |
| Status | The current status is displayed here. |
| Allocated tours | The tour to which the order was assigned is displayed here, or, if there was no direct tour assignment, the tour that accepted the order. |
| Creation date | The creation date and time are displayed |
| Due date | If an order is created with a due date, it is displayed here. |
| Priority | The priority assigned to an order is displayed here. |
| Creator | The creator is displayed here. |
| Comment | If a comment has been added to the order, it is displayed here. If the entire comment cannot be displayed, it can be viewed via the three-dot menu to the right of the order. |
| Closed | The date and time when the order was completed are displayed. |
Order Status
Every order has a status that indicates its current progress. An order can have the following statuses:
Submitted
The order has been created, is visible in the app, and is ready to be fulfilled.
Waiting
The order was created with a due date, but that date has not yet been reached.
In Progress
The order has been created and accepted in the app. At least one activity is being performed.
Done
The order has been executed and completed in the app.
Canceled
The order has been canceled; only orders with the status Waiting or Submitted can be canceled.
Closed without execution
An order was triggered by a back-end system or by a due date. However, all tasks had already been booked in another order. The order is then closed without execution.
Closed
This status is set when an order completion from soobr has been correctly transmitted to a back-end system.
