If events that require additional cleaning are already known for the entire year, the additional cleaning orders can be imported using the import function in order management.
Import complete cleanings
If, for example, an auditorium is only cleaned after it has been used, the cleaning orders can be created via Excel import.
The Excel file must have the following columns filled in:
- Area name
- Due date
- Priority
- Message
- Tour
Click on the Import Orders button to open a new window in which you can select and upload the Excel file you have created.

Import orders with categories
Orders that only contain the execution of individual categories can also be imported via the Excel import.
The Excel file must have the following columns:
- Area name
- Categories
- Due date
- Priority
- Message
- Tour

Export orders
In the Cockpit view / web application of ordermanagement, you can download a list of all orders in the form of an Excel file. The difference between this list and the one you can view via Analytics is that this list contains all orders, not just completed ones. Depending on the amount of data, the download may take a few minutes. Improvements in loading speed and filters are planned.
