If the cleaning staff detects a defect during a tour, such as a defective lamp or clogged toilet, this can be reported in the app. To do this, you must create the defect types in the cockpit first.
Defect reports via the app
To do this, the corresponding area must be selected in the app and the Report defect button clicked.
(Defect reports can also be reported for areas that are not scheduled in the tour and are white on the building plan)
In the window that opens now you can select one of the created defect types.
Optionally, a description can be added and a photo can be taken.
