Administration of defect types

If the cleaning staff detects a defect during a tour, such as a broken lamp or clogged toilet, this can be reported in the app.

To do this, defect types must first be created in the cockpit.

To create a new defect type, select the tab Defect Types under the App Functions menu item and click on Create new defect type. 

You can now add a description and icon.
