This article provides an overview of the information you can view in the cockpit after the go-live and where to find the relevant detailed instructions for it.
Tour activities
If you want to know what is planned for today, use the tour activities tab.
There you will find information such as:
- An overview of all floors with planned minutes per day
- A display of all scheduled areas in the building plan
- The status of the areas: open (red), completed (green), pending (blue), scheduled (grey)

Tour history - completed tours
The tour history shows all tours that were started on the selected day.
You will find the following information:
- Display of the start and end times of the respective tour
- Overview of open, pending and completed areas
Note: Updates are delayed (30 minutes or 4 hours if the tour is not completed correctly)

Tour trend - Development over time
In the tour trend tab, you can observe utilization and development over several weeks.
The tour trend provides you with insights into the following information:
- Areas that have been left pending or open are indicated by the info-symbol
- The area view: How often an area has been entered
- Insight into fluctuations and optimization needs

Analytics - In-depth analyses
The analytics menu item offers two key functions:
- Tour histroy: Comparison between planned and actual duration, analysis of open and pending areas
- Tour activities: Detailed information on individual areas (floor, area type, tour, time deviations, tablet usage)

Optimization and retraining
The data obtained shows you where deviations exist and whether retraining is necessary.
Retraining can cover topics such as:
- Short cleaning times without tablet use
- Repeatedly dirty surfaces
- Significant differences between planned and actual cleaning times
With all the options shown here, you have the ideal tools to carry out effective monitoring.
