The Tour Trend is a tool in the Business Unit menu item and proves to be a unique tool for analyzing the cleaning executions on your business unit. Learn from the listed data of the past cleanings and optimize with the knowledge, the future executions.
Tour view
The tour trend can be ideally used to analyze cleaning tours as well as areas over a desired period of time.
With various filter options, corresponding analyses can be carried out. By default, the past working week is always displayed. The date range can be increased or decreased by up to four weeks. It can be seen whether the tours are constantly busy or whether there are fluctuations in the scheduled cleaning time. Fluctuations in the tour can be seen by the blue coloring of the working time. The lighter the entry, the higher the difference to the previous working days. Another indication of possible adjustments can be the average estimated cleaning time of the tour trend at the defined maximum time of the tour.
If a tour could not complete all areas, areas were left open or pending, the i symbol appears under the time (which was scheduled and completed).
If you click on the i symbol, a window opens showing how many areas were left open or pending and how much time was scheduled for these areas.
Area view
In the following view, the areas in the floor are displayed.
Whenever surfaces are entered by multiple tours, this view can assist in analyzing the frequencies. The blue bubble displays how many times a surface has been cleaned in the selected time period. Gliding over the blue bubble displays how many times the cleaning categories have been completed in the displayed time period.
Analytics possibilities
Working time vs. operating time
In the tour trend, cleaning tours can be analyzed over a desired period of time. To do this, the tour view must be selected in the tour trend. The goal is a stable tour with small fluctuations. Large time differences between the weekdays can be an indication that the maximum time has been set too high.
In this case, the maximum tour duration can be adjusted under Business entity, Tours, Tour management.
Caution: If the service specifications contain many day fixings, this can be a reason for fluctuations between the days of the week. Reducing the maximum time could bring negative aspects to the planning. In case of uncertainty, consult a Soobr expert.
Cleaning frequencies of surfaces
In the tour trend, cleaning frequencies can be checked for their execution. It can be seen whether the surfaces appear with the specified frequencies on the correct days. It is also displayed which trigger led to the scheduling of the area (event-based, time-based, fallback). These two options (execution and trigger) can be selected via a filter.
Cleaning services
In the tour trend, all performed services of a surface are visible. This can be seen by clicking on a minute specification of an individual surface. This opens the following window with information about the execution:
Trigger: Which trigger led to the execution of the cleaning?
Meeting room: The deposited surface type
Cleanings: Cleaning services performed
Tours: By which cleaning tour was the service performed?
Analyze area: More details and information about the execution
Backlog
The backlog can be considered as a kind of temporary storage for cleaning services. The fact that a surface appears in the backlog can have different reasons. In the following paragraph, these reasons will be explained factually. A service can only appear in the backlog if it is ready for scheduling and its execution is hypothetically possible on the working day. I.e. areas that are fixed to a certain day of the week, e.g. a meeting room that can only be cleaned on Wednesday, will only appear in the backlog on Wednesday.
Tour is fully utilized every day
If the tour is 100% busy every day, this can lead to areas appearing in the backlog. This can be solved by increasing the maximum time under tour management.
Priority of the area
The priority of the area has a great influence on the backlog.. Surfaces with a low priority deliberately end up in the backlog more often. If frequencies are not met, a new increase in the priority of the area can help.
Simulation
By means of the simulation, a forecast of the next five working days can be made.
Export
The result of the tour trend can be exported to a CSV. This way, manual analyses can be performed.
