Use of NFC tags

NFC tags can be used to uniquely identify mobile devices such as beds. These are linked to the element created in the cockpit so that the cleaning tasks to be performed are displayed when scanned.

Clicking on the three-dot menu to the right of the item opens the following menu:

Here, it is possible to edit or delete the item or scan the NFC tag.

The use of NFC tags is only possible if the cleaning staff are equipped with Android devices.

Clicking on Scan NFC opens a new window in which you must click on Start NFC scan. The mobile device must then be held up to the mobile item, in this example the bed with the NFC tag.

Once the date has been recognised, the NFC serial number is displayed. Click Save to apply changes.
