Area-independent elements are objects that are mobile and therefore cannot be assigned to a fixed area. These can be window fronts, projectors, or radiators. In a hospital, for example, they are beds or IV stands.
To plan for area-independent elements, you must first create a list of all elements to be cleaned in the element administration.
Planning of area-independent elements and activity types
The items created in item administration must be assigned to a tour. This can be done as usual under Economic entity > Tours > Allocation per Tour.
If an item has been created that has not yet been assigned to a tour, this is displayed in red under the “Not completely assigned areas” tab.
If you select the item by clicking on the circle in front of it, you can select a cleaning (category) and tour in the bar at the bottom.
The setting can be applied by clicking Save.
