Comments
There are three types of comments on a quality control tour:
General comment
If you want to leave a comment about a surface during a quality control tour, click Add Comment.
In the window that opens, you can then enter a comment and take a photo.
Comment for cleaning staff
In order to have the possibility to leave a comment for the cleaner, it is necessary to check the box Show comment field for cleaning staff when creating the quality control tour in the cockpit.

There is now another comment field in the comment window.
This comment will be displayed to the cleaner in a pop-up the next time the area is cleaned.
Obligatory comment in case of negative evaluation
If you want a mandatory comment in case of negative evaluation, you must check the box Obligatory comment in case of negative evaluation when creating the quality control tour in the cockpit.

If you do not check all the boxes for the quality control tour, the comment window will open directly after you click on Submit exam.
Quality control tour with "Clean now" is performed
During a quality control tour, if it is determined that an area that is not scheduled for cleaning today should be cleaned, the cleaner can report this using the Clean Now function.

The affected area will then be scheduled for the next cleaning tour. However, if the tour is already running at that time, the area will not be considered until the next tour.
If the corresponding tour is started in the app, the cleaner sees the area highlighted in red as usual. The red batch then shows that the area was reported by the quality control tour.
The cleaning is then confirmed as usual via the green button Area is clean.
