A chat function is available in the app and cockpit. This allows direct communication between users. Chat groups can be created to enable individual chats, ensuring that information reaches the right employees.
The chat function will only be available 24 hours after activation.
Chat types
There are two different types available.
Chat type | Function |
Standard | Standard chats can be created, edited and deleted in the cockpit. All users of an economic entity can be added. |
Economic entity | A chat is automatically created for each economic entity, which includes all users with an active chat role. |
Cockpit
All chats can be displayed via the speech bubble icon in the header. If there is a new message, a red dot will be displayed.
Chat function
The chat function can be opened at the top of the header by clicking on the speech bubble.
By clicking on the gear wheel it is possible to switch to the chat settings and create individual chat groups.
All existing chats are displayed here. By clicking on + Create chat a new window opens.
Here, the name of the chat must first be entered. In addition, you can select the desired members of the chat by clicking on the box in front of the users. However, only users who have activated the Chat role can be selected.
In addition, the type of the chat must be selected:

Notifications | The object management receives a notification as soon as a tour has been started or ended. |
By clicking on Save, the settings are applied.
