Mobile device management

In the mobile device management, all mobile devices of the cleaning staff for this management unit are displayed.

 

Mobile device management

Column	Description
Activation code	One-time activation code per mobile device. This code must be entered the first time the soobr app is started.
Last Login	Time when the app was started for the last time. Hovering the mouse over the date will show the current app version.
Profile	Current profile of the mobile device management. Only active for devices delivered by Soobr.
Battery condition	Current profile of the mobile device management. Only active for devices delivered by Soobr.
Economic entity	Assigned basic economic entity.
Assigned user	If there is a name here, the mobile device is user-related.
Use	Current usage of this mobile device, usually cleaning.

Create mobile device

Via + Create mobile devices new mobile devices can be created. The first step is to decide whether this mobile device is a shared mobile device (e.g. for the cleaning room) or a personal mobile device (e.g. the cleaner's tablet).

If it is a personal mobile device, click Create mobile device and cleaner. Now you will get to the user administration where you can create a new cleaner with mobile device.

Otherwise, the following creation dialog will be visible:

Here, one mobile device or several mobile devices can be created by confirming the checkmark. It is mandatory to enter a remark. Ideally, the creation purpose is specified here, e.g. "Replacement codes for cleaning room B234".

After creating the devices, the activation codes are displayed and can be downloaded.
