This tool is used to show more quickly and compactly where the system is not being used correctly in operational use.
You cn have the abnormalities activated via Customer Support. In order to identify abnormalities, key data must bestored as to shown when an application is not being used correctly and this should be idicated.
The following abnormalities can be recorded:
Multiple cleanings in short duration
In order to be able to detect these, you must define the number f area closures and the time span in seconds from which the app application is considered incorrect.
According the example, an abnormality is recorded here if 3 area closures occur wthin 10 seconds.
Cleanings with little movement
In order to be able to detect these, it is necessary to define how many area closures in which movement time in seconds should be categorised as an abnormality.
According to the example, it is evaluated and recorded as an abnormality if 10 area closures have taken place within a movement time of 5 seconds.
Gap effective vs. estimated tour duration active
Here you can specify in 5 how much longer or shorter the execution of a cleaning tour, measured against the estimated tour duration, should be evaluated and reported as an abnormality.
According to the settings in the example, it is categorised as an abnormality if the tour was carried out 30% faster or slower than the estimated tour duration.
You can also set it to be categorised as an abnormality
- if several cleaning tours are started on a mobile device on the same day.
- if a tour is started on several devices on the same day.
- if the tour was not ended correctly using the "End tour" button.
Not all abnormalities have to be activated, they can be activated individually.
The abnormalities are not shown retrospectively. This means that possible abnormalities are only detected after new closures and can be called up via the Cleaning tour abnormalities dashboard widget. The widget can be activated via the dashboard Overview dashboard.
If abnormalities have been detected, this is shown in the widget. To find out exactly which abnormality and which tour it is, click on the widget. The Cleaning tour abnormalities table appears. To find out in detail which abnormalities are involved, click on the info bubble to the right of the respective entry.
The Details of abnormalities table then appears and the detected abnormalities are listed.
You can use the notification settings to be notified automatically when abnormalities are recorded.
