The overview dashboard displays a summary of all business entities to which the current user is entitled.
Dashboard
The economic entity dropdown in the upper left corner can be used to filter the business entities displayed. If no business entities are selected, all business entities of the user are displayed. The date selection can be used to recalculate date-relevant evaluations.
Displayed evaluations
Evaluation | Description |
Square metres cleaned | Shows the total of all cleaned areas. The correction factor for the area is taken into account. |
Number of tours | Total number of cleaning tours in the selected period. |
Total duration of all tours | Total number of max. minutes of all cleaning tours in the selected period. |
Number of overrides | Number of overridden cleanings (Clean now) in the selected period. |
Evaluation | Description |
Pending areas | Total area that cleaning staff marked as pending (blue) at the end of their tours during the selected period. The comparison period, which consists of the same number of days as the current period, is displayed to the right. The development is shown graphically to the right. |
Open areas | Total number of areas that cleaning staff marked as open (red) at the end of their tours during the selected period. The comparison period, which consists of the same number of days as the current period, is displayed to the right. The development is shown graphically to the right. Number of incorrect tour completions | Total number of tours that the cleaning staff did not complete correctly in the selected period or that were automatically completed by the system. Effective vs. estimated duration | Difference between the effective (tour start to tour end) and estimated (performance figures) duration of the tour. Abnormalities during cleaning tours |
Number of abnormalities recorded during a cleaning tour. The comparison period is displayed to the right, consisting of the same number of days as the current period. Clicking on the respective widget displays further details. For example, clicking on the ‘Pending areas’ widget displays a list of pending areas for the selected period, including the affected tour and exact time.
Cleaning implementation
In the selected period, the days on which a deviation in the execution of cleaning tours was detected are displayed.
Green: No deviation detected
Gray: No cleaning expected
Yellow: Deviation of one or more tours. The number of deviations is displayed as a number in the field. By clicking on the field, the detailed deviations are displayed.

Areas not completed | One or more surfaces have been set to Not clean yet. |
Started several times | A tour was started several times that day. |
Not executed | A tour was not executed on this day, but on other same days of the week it was. Attention: Substitution is not taken into account. |
Dynamics of the cleaning process
This graph evaluates how much freedom soobr has in planning the cleaning process. All figures are in percent.

Assignments | Ratio of allocations of areas to several tours to one tour. |
Sensor based | Ratio of the areas which are cleaned sensor-based to the non-sensor-based areas. |
Performance numbers | Ratio of categories without their own performance number to categories with their own performance number. |
Tour history
This graphic shows the effective duration of the tour (blue), the estimated duration of the tour (yellow) and the backlog (red) in minutes. If you move the mouse over the graphic, the exact values for the respective day are displayed.
Cleaning area types
In the last diagram, all area types of the economic entity are shown with their respective cleaning frequency.
Economic entities
Below the evaluations, all economic entities to which the current user is authorized are displayed. The owner, service provider, customer, last cleaning date and whether cleaning is in progress are displayed here.
In addition, it is also possible to search for a economic entity using the text field above the table. It is also possible to filter either by service provider or customer. To do this, click on the respective button and select the desired service provider or customer from the drop-down menu. The sorting you set and the number of entries displayed will then be saved in the browser.
Further views of the dashboard
Via the dashboard, you can access the dashboard analytics, widget settings and economic entity groups in the top left-hand corner.
