This function can be used to assign the individual areas to groups. If, for example, the cleaning of the areas is charged to the user, cost centres can be stored via this function and used to evaluate the cost accounting.
To use this function, please contact Customer Support. They will be happy to activate the function for you.
In the Area groups level, the categories and associated groups to be asigned to the areas can be created in the Area group catalog tab.
Once the categories and groups have been created and assigned to areas, you can use the filter to search for specific categories and groups. By activating the checkbox With assignments, the system filters only for groups that are assigned to areas, and by activating the checkbox Without assignments, the system filters for groups that are not assigned to any areas.
