If work is shorter or longer before or after a public holiday, the tour max. time can be adjusted via a substitution template with the type Present with Time Change via the calendar.
Present with time adjustment
If a tour is present but works longer, e.g. to catch up on postponed tasks due to a public holiday, a template can be created for this in the substitutions.
To do this, click on the + Create a new substitution button and the following window opens:
The tour must be selected here and a name given to the template. Then the type Present with Time Change must be selected. The settings visible on tablet and Adjustment of the time allowed must be activated. You can then enter the maximum number of minutes by which the tour time may be increased in the Additional time own tour (min) field.
With this type it is also possible to shorten the tour max. time. To do this, simply click the down arrows or enter a hayphen "-" in front of the number of minutes to be adjusted when entering manually.
In the cleaning tour calendar, the ubstitution template must be stored on the day on which the tour max. time is to be adjusted. To do this, click on the tour entry (if planned with calendar entries) or in the tour column (if planned without calendar entries) and select the corrsponding template for the Present with time change type and for the substitution.
For economic entities that are planned with calendar entries, you must select when saving whether the template should only be activated for the selected day or the entire series date.
The activated entry is highlighted in pink in the calendar. This makes it possible to differentiate at first glance what type of substitution is involved.
