Absence because of business interruption
Public holidays or other business interruptions, will be applied in the soobr Cockpit as vacation. In the calendar lane General every single day must be applied as vacation. Depending on the shift type other functions will be applied.
Shift types
Shift type | Description |
Daily shift | Every cleaning will be sifted with each vacation day. Daily fixed or limited access are respected. Events will not be applied on this day |
Day shift (without fixed services) | Same than above, but without the daily fixed or limited access. |
Frequency shift | All cleanings from the vacation day will be shifted with their frequency. If sensor based and the limit is reached on the vacation day, the events will be reset |
Special configuration | See special configuration |
Special configuration
Special configurations can be created by a soobr Employee and applied by the customer. Possible configurations are:
- Execute an other day program (ex. apply the Sunday program on a Thursday because public holiday)
- Add a other day program to the actual program (ex. apply the trash empty category before public holiday)
- Skip floors, area types, categories, areas
