Calendar entries that do not occur once are marked with certain symbols, the meaning of which is explained below.
Calendar symbols
Serial appointments
Series appointments are provided with a "Reload" symbol.
Adjusted serial appointments
If an entry of a serial appointment has been adjusted once, an exclamation mark appears to the left of the serial appointment symbol.
Single appointments
Single appointments have no other icons.
Color
The examples shown above were events of the type "Present". These are displayed in blue in the calendar. Events of the type "Absent with substitution" are displayed in yellow.
Shared tours
If two or more tours share areas, these tours are now shown in light blue in the cockpit calendar. When you click on the corresponding field, the areas that are shared appear.
The area type and categories are also displayed. The coloured background also shows whether the categories are with planned activity types (yellow) or whether they are categoires with activity types without scheduling (blue).
