Created orders can be retrorespectively edited under certain conditions. The following shows what can be edited.
Edit order
Orders that are in Waiting status can be edited. This can be done via the three-point menu.
The following points can be edited:
- Tour: A tour can be assigned retrospectively or an existing assignment can be replaced by a new one.
- Priority: The priority can be adjusted retrospectively.
- Activity type: Additional activity types can be added.
- Due date: The due date can be subsequently adjusted if required.
- Message: A message can be added or an existing message can be changed.
- Photo: A photo can be uploaded at a later date.
Cancelling an order
To prevent orders that have been triggered by mistake or are no longer required from appearing in the app, they can be cancelled using the tree-point menu.
Orders with the status Waiting or Submitted can be cancelled.
The cancellation is confirmed by clicking Yes.
If you select Waiting or Submitted in the status filter, checkboxes appear in front of the orders with these statuses so that it is possible to cancel several orders at the same time.
Copy order
By clicking on the three-point menu behind the respective order, it can be copied. The settings can be adjusted if necessary. This simplifies the creation of similar orders that should contain the same comment text, for example.
