Highlight areas

Cleaners and Team Leaders can now highlight surfaces in the App. You can use this feature area types colors and activity types. Like this you can highlight areas on which the cleaner only has to control all you can highlight areas by which the cleaner has to do a specific floor cleaning.

Preparation webapplication / cockpit

Highlight area type

You can choose the colour of the area type in the web application. Therefore go to the register cleaning process and click on area types.

It's the same colours selection that you can use to distinguish the areas in the building plan in the web application.

Highlight cleaning category

To highlight a cleaning category you have to click on activity type and then on the category, which you would like to highlight.

Click on colour and choose the color bei using the slider.

Highlight activity type

Click on the activity type, which you would like to highlight. Click on colour and choose the colour by using the slider.

Setting and use in the app

In the app settings you can select "highlight on areas".

The following Screen opens:

The cleaner kann now select what you would like to highlight and confirm the selection by clicking on save.

Important information:

• In the app you can only select area types, categories and activity types for which you have choosen a colour in the webapplication.
• If you selected several activity types and there are more than one activity type active on an area type you will see a mixed colour.
• Only areas on which a task is planed in the current tour are colourate. For example not all offices, but the planed offices.
• All areas that are not highlighted but are planed stay red or blue (pending areas).
