Dashboard Analytics offers cockpit users who are responsible for several economic entities a good opportunity to obtain analyses of quality controls, orders and tours carried out without having to access each economic entity individually.
By clicking on the Analytics tab in the dashboard, the following analyses will open:
Quality control
The quality controls carried out in the set perio are listed here. By clicking on the info symbol, you are forwarded to the cockpit ti view the results of this quality control. The top complaints for the area types and cleaning categories are shown in the two lower diagrams.
The data displayed can be further specified using the filters on the left.
Order Management
In the order management view, the orders per day are shown in the progress diagram. In the following diagrams, the triggered orders are shown separately by type (category, activity type and complete cleaning).

Tour activities
The tour activities show in compact form for each tour whether all scheduled areas have been completed, how the tour time was achieved and which cleaning categories were scheduled. The Geo Location Match column was developde specifically for a customer and refers to whether the tour was started and ended whitin a defined radius of the economic entity. This is only active if activated by support.
Clicking on the info symbol opens a new 'Activities' table, in which a more detailed analysis is possible.

Clicking on the blue dashboard button takes you back to the view shown above.
