Material Order

The Material Order tab allows you to monitor ordering behavior. This can be helpful for resource planning. It can also be useful for analysing material consumption at the respective locations.

A specific date or time period as well as individual tours can be selected on the left in order to filter the orders if necessary.

The Material Order list shows which tours triggered an order and when it was triggered. For completed orders, you can also see when and by whom the order was completed.

 To find out more about an explicit order, you can click on the "i-symbol" on the right side of the order. This will bring up the Material Order Details xy list, which shows how much of each material type was ordered and how much was actually delivered.

The Ordered Materials list shows the quantities of each material type that have already been ordered. The status indicates whether the order has already been completed or is still open. It is possible that there are two entries for one materil type: one completed and one open. When the open order is completed, the quantity is added to to the completed entry. This table also shows how much of the ordered material was actually delivered.
