Quality Control Tour Template

The templates save a selected filter configuration and can be applied automatically or manually. The templates can also be applied via the app (v2). The result is a normal quality tour.

Basic view

Under the Quality control menu item in the Quality control tours tab, navigate to the end of the page to the templates. Templates can be created, applied or deleted here.

To apply or delete a template, click on the 3 dots next to the respective entry. Only templates of the Auto. Create type Manual can be applied. The types Always (can no longer be selected) and Time are created automatically.

Create Template

The template create mask corresponds to the quality tour create mask with the following deviations:

Automatically Create Type

Type	Function
Manually	Quality checks can be created manually via the cockpit or the app
Timing	The quality control is auto. produced or adapted per day at a certain point in time until quality control is completed.
At launch	At the start of the tour, the quality control team searches for areas that correspond to the parameters selected when creating the quality control. As a result, a zero is displayed during quality control until the start button is pressed
Always	The quality control is auto. created or modified every 15 minutes until the quality control has been completed (only possible with already existing Always templates)

Number of hours

In contrast to the fixed date in the normal quality tours, the number of hours in which services in the quality control are to be added is indicated here. Maximum 48 hours are allowed. The weekend is excluded for 5-day economic units and therefore the services of Friday are taken into account on Monday.
