This feature makes it possible to track the total time spent on current cleaning rounds. As a result, break times, walking distances (if not covered by the performance numbers), setup times, etc., are documented and reported in the analytics.
Settings
To use this feature and have the flat-rate times displayed in Analytics, you must configure the following settings:
- The feature must be enabled by your CSM or Customer Support.
- The settings Save extra Tour Analytics and Save planning Data (Beta) must be enabled by Customer Support.
Create Flat Rates
First, you need to create the categories for which you want to set up flat rates. This helps group the flat rates and provides a better overview. After that, you can create the individual flat rates.
Category: Which category should the flat rate be assigned to?
Flat Rate Name: What is the name of the flat rate?
Minutes: How many minutes should be charged to the tour?
Frequency: Should the flat rate be charged daily or weekly, on a specific day of the week?
Trigger: What must be completed during the tour for a flat rate to be charged?
Assigned Tours: To which tours should the flat rate be applied?
Assigned Cleaning Area Groups: To which area groups should the flat rate be assigned. This may be relevant for evaluations at a later date.
Once you have made and saved the necessary settings, the flat rates you have created will be displayed.
You can edit or delete existing flat-rate time slots using the three-dot menu on the right.
Advantage
The advantage of flat-rate time slots over entering additional hours via Item Management is that cleaning staff do not need to check off the flat-rate time slots in the app.
Embeddable (New Analytics)
In the new Analytics -accessible via the blue bar in Analytics - under the Tour History tab in the Tour Execution table, the completed flat-rate times are applied to both the actual and estimated tour durations.
For each fulfilled flat rate, the number under Completed increases by 1.
To see which flat rate was credited, click on tour entry. A detailed view will then open, showing the credited flat rates.
Note
If a tour with daily flat rates is started multiple times on the same day and fulfills the trigger for the active flat rates on the tour at the end of each tour, these are credited for each tour completion.
