Every cleaner needs supplies: cleaning products, cleaning cloths, consumables, and so on. To enable these items to be ordered via the app, the individual products (in soobr types) must be created in the cockpit.
Activate feature
Customers with the role project manager advanced or project manager can activate the feature in the cockpit settings.
When activating the feature, you must specify at which level in the app orders can be placed. The following levels are available:
- Building: The order form in the app can only be accessed once a tour has been started and the stored building has been called up.
- Cleaner: The order form can be accessed as soon as you have logged into the app.
- Tour: The order form is only available once a tour has been started.
- Economic entity: The order form can be accessed as soon as the stored economic entity has been called up on a personalized device.
In addition, an email adress must be stored so that a notification can be sent when an order has been completed.
If you would like to receive a notification when an order has been placed in the app, you can set this up in the notifications.
Create material types
Once the feature is activated, individual products can be created in the Material types tab in the App functions level. Clicking on the + Create material type button opens the following editing mask:
| Field | Description |
| Name | Name of the material |
| Material Number | Internal material number |
| Unit | Packaging unit/type of packaging: e.g. piece, carton, bottle, etc. |
| Min. quantity | Minimum quantity that always must be available |
| Max. quantity | Maximum quantity that may be available |
| Restrict access to tours | Here you can restrict when a material type should not be available for ordering for all tours. |
| Upload a photo | Here you can add a photo of the material. |

Once all the details have been entered, the material type is created by clicking Save.
All created material types and associate information are listed in the list view. The three-dot menu to the right of a material type can be used to edit or delete it.
