This function can be used to assign the individual areas to groups. If, for example, the cleaning of the areas is charged to the user, cost centres can be stored via this function and used to evaluate the cost accounting.
To use this function, please contact Customer Support. They will be happy to activate the function for you.
There is currently no user interface available for storing groups. You can assign the groups via the room book upload. To do this, a new planning version must first be created after activating the function. In this, the current room book can be downloaded in the Building overview using the Upload room book button. This then has the Group column.
The corresponding group can be entered for the areas. Once the data has been entered, the room book can be uploaded and the planning version activated.
The stored groups are not yte visible on the areas. This is being planned and is expected to be implemented at the end of Q3.
The Grouping of areas tab has been created in Analytics for the evaluation according to the stored group.
The table Cleaning durations per group shows the estimated and actual cleaning time in minutes per group in the set period. For more detailed information, click on the info bubble on the far right of the table.
The Cleaning area details table then opens. All areas of the group that have been cleaned in the set time period are listed there.
The data can be downloaded for further analyses using the download symbol.
