Event limits dashboard

The Event Limits Dashboard provides a simple and holistic overview of all surfaces that have a sensor assigned to them. The whole view is kept on an area basis.

Filter / Limitations

Per default will the statistic show the last 30 days. This can be changed by the calendar. The result will be compared with the previous 30 days.

Additional there are filtering options on area types and special area types.

Attribute	Description
Area	Name of the Area
Floor	Name of the Floor
Building	Name of the Building
Area Type	Shows the Area Type
Condition	Here, the number of target cleanings is compared with the effective entrances to the area. The deviation is given in percent to the target cleaning. The number of target cleanings and actual cleanings is visible when you move the mouse over the percentage.
Trend	The number of cleanings of the current and the last period are compared. The effective values are visible when you move the mouse over the number.
Daily limit	The daily limit is the current limit for 24 hours.
Ø Events/Tag	This number of events is recorded on the area on the average day, which is calculated from the last 30 days.
Achievement	Current limits Achievement of the highest cleaning frequency The effective values are visible when you move the mouse over the number.
Tours	The tours assigned to the area are displayed.
Last change	Date and time of last limit change

 

Functions

If you activate an area by clicking on the box at the front, the following functions can be selected:

Function	Description
Show details	The Daily Limit, Events/Day and Achievement columns are not always displayed. With this function the columns can be shown and hidden.
Set day limit manually	A daily limit can be specified manually.
Delete limits	The daily limit is removed from the area and the area no longer works in event mode.
Adjust limit with factor	The existing limit is offset by a factor.
Reset limit to last value	The limit is reset to the last value (see last change).
Apply Ø Events/Day	The value in the Events/Day column is adopted for the daily limit.
