You can use the onboarding journey to:
- manage the speed of the onboarding yourself
- keep track of where you currently stand
- consume training content such es videos or articles at any time
The Onboarding Journey optimally complements the onboarding process of your CSM (Customer Success Manager) and also prepares you for any joint appointments with various content.
Overview
The Project consists of 5 phases - In the course of the project you reach various quality gates - The next phase can only be started if the respective quality gate is fullfilled:
QG 1 - Quality Gate 1 - All information for the setup is available - risks are known.
QG 2 - Quality Gate 2 - IoT data is implemented (only for Pro)
QG 3 - Quality Gate 3 - Schedule of service is digitized - Area types are assigned
QG 4 - Quality Gate 4 - Tour planning with validated simulation is completed - Project is ready to start
QG 5 - Quality Gate 5 - Joint Steering Board - Handover to operations - Support
