Provider Project manager

This role is assigned to super users who share responsibilty for the economic entity with the owner and are only respponsible for the cleaning tours, including the performance number.

The project manager role can manage settings for the following features in the cockpit:

App

Features relating to the app can be activated in this settings category. The bookmark function, the color selection function can be activated and the configuration that all activity types are ticked off in the app by confirming the category can be set.

App Messages

By activating this feature, app messages cn be created in the cockpit that are displayed to the cleaning staff when starting and/or ending a cleaning tour.

Defect Reporting

If defect messages are to be recorded and sent via the app, the corresponding feature can be activated here. The e-mail adresses that are to be notifed when a defect report is triggered are also stored here.

Document manager

Here you can activate the feature and define the maximum size of a document to be uploaded.

Material order

If the material order is to be carried out via the app, the feature can be activated here. The mode according to which orders may be placed and which e-mail adresses should be notified when an order has been comleted can also be set here.

Quality control

The feature can be activated here if required. The e-mail adresses that are to be notified of a completed quality control tour can also be stored and adjusted here.
