The working time of the cleaning staff is displayed in the working time recording. The working time is automatically recorded via the app.

Working time measurement

To access the overview of working time measurement, click on the Working time measurement tab in the User management menu item.

A table with the following data is displayed here:

Column	Description
Date	Shows the date and time at the start of the working time measurement.
Surname	Displays the name of the cleaner.
Tour duration	Shows the recorded time from tour start to tour stop. This is done automatically.
Recorded time	Shows the working time entered by the user.
Break time	Shows the duration of the break.

Via Search in table ... you can search for the names of the cleaning staff.

The table can also be downloaded as an Excel file using the Download button .

Activate working time measurement for cleaning staff

In order for the working time to be recorded, this must be activated for the cleaner. This can be done in the user management in the Cleaning staff tab.
