If a quality control is completed via the app, the check can be done via the quality control tour screen. The quality control results show details of the individual surfaces checked.
Quality control results
The results can be viewed in the Quality Control menu item. The tours are in the "Waiting for review" status and the complaints show how many surfaces did not have a completely successful quality check.
Only the quality tours that were executed in the set time period are displayed. To view tours that were completed a longer period of time ago, the date filter must be adjusted.
If the quality tour is not completed in the app, then it will be completed
automatically completed after 18 hours.
To view details, click the three dots at the end of the desired row and then click Show results.
Here, the bar at the top displays the inspector, the date performed, the status, and the template type. The inspector is the person who performed the quality control, e.g. the quality controller or the customer. The name used to log in to the tablet is displayed.

The number in the green field indicates the number of service types that have been fulfilled. The number in the red field indicates the number of service types that were not fulfilled. The number in the yellow field indicates the number of activity types that were not evaluated. If you click on the colored fields, a list with the corresponding service types will open. |
The areas marked with a red bubble were evaluated as not sufficient. For the areas marked with the green bubble, the desired quality was fulfilled. If a surface is marked with a gray question mark, the surface was not evaluated in the quality tour. |

By clicking on the three dots, one has the possibility to add a comment. Both general comments and area-specific comments can be entered. The area-specific comments can be added to the area by clicking on the speech bubble icon . Photos can be attached to each comment. |
View details
If you click on the View details button, each surface is listed individually with the respective cleaning category. In addition, you can see the service type. The checkmark or cross at the end of the line indicates whether the service type has been fulfilled. A crossed-out eye indicates that there were performances that could not be assessed.
General quality checks
All general quality checks that must be fulfilled are listed here. If there is a green tick at the end of the line, the task has been fulfilled. Otherwise, there is a red cross here.
Quality control tour comments
If the inspector has left comments during the tour, they will be displayed here. It is also possible to add additional comments. Comments added in the cockpit are displayed in the PDF download when the download is executed again.
Clicking Close closes the window, the status remains "Waiting for review". When clicking on Finish, the review is completed. The status changes to "Done".
Download PDF
To download the results as a PDF, click on the three dots at the end of the desired line in the Quality control menu item and then click Download PDF.
A new window will open. Click on Download.
