Each cleaner needs cleaning materials such as rags, toilet paper, soap, etc. If new material is needed, the cleaner can request it in the app. Another cleaner can then order the missing material. However, all required materials must first be created in the cockpit for this purpose.
Activate material order
Customers with the Project manager advanced and Project manager roles can activate the Material order feature independently in the settings. When activating the feature, the level in which the orders can be triggered must be specified. The following levels are available for selection:
- Building
- Cleaner
- Tour
- Economic entity
If, for example, the Tour level is selected, a cleaner can only trigger an order once they have started a tour in the app. The level is also shown in the automatically generated email that is sent when an order has been completed.
In the settings for the material order, the e-mail addresses to be notified can be stored at the same time and adjusted at a later date if necessary.
Administration of material types
The material types can be found under the App Functions menu item in the Material Types tab.
To create a new material, click on + Create material type. A window opens where you have to make some entries:

Unit | Packaging unit or type of packaging, e.g. piece, carton, bag, etc. |
Min. Count | Min. quantity that must always be present |
Max. Count | Max. quantity that may be present |
Upload photo | If necessary a photo can be added |

By clicking on Save, the material type is created.
