Area-independent elements are objects that are mobile and therefore cannot be assigned to a fixed area. These can be window fronts, projectors or radiators. In a hospital, for example, they are beds or infusion stands.

In order to schedule area-independent elements, a list of all elements to be cleaned must first be created in the element administration.

Item management

In the menu item Item management you will find a list of all items.

Create a new item

Elements are created by clicking on + Create new item.

The same applies to the category, in this example "Coffee machine". In the next step, a group is selected for the element or a new group is created, e.g. "Mobile devices". The element type is analogous to the surface type, in this case "Break room with coffee machine". Last but not least, an element name can be entered, here the machine number.

Scan NFC Tag

By clicking on the 3 dots at the end of the line of the element, a menu can be opened.

Here it is possible to edit or delete the element, as well as scan the NFC tag.

Please note that scanning is only possible with Android devices, 
that have an NFC reader integrated.

If you click on Scan NFC, a new window will open, where you again click on Start scan NFC. The mobile device must then be held up to the element, in this example the bed with the NFC tag.

When the tag has been detected, the NFC serial number is displayed. Click on Save to apply the changes.
