The Easy Setup process is a simple setup for complete business entities. The Easy process currently supports three possible applications: the complete setup with tours and tour planning, the evidence verification without tour planning, or only quality control without the recording of cleaning tours. An Easy business unit can always be converted into a classic business unit by our customer support.

The Easy Process can be accessed via https://cockpit.soobr.ch/easy/guide. The user is guided through all steps. In order for the business entity to be created directly after completion, an activation code is required. This is a kind of security code to prevent uncontrolled creation of business entities. An activation code can be requested through our Customer Support https://soobr.zendesk.com/hc/de/requests/new.

An activation code can be used exactly once!

The setup can also be completed without an activation code. The data is saved and a soobr employee can trigger the creation.
