In the notification settings, individual settings for notifications can be made for your own user per economic unit.

Make Notification Preferences
To open the notification settings, click on the menu at the top right and then on Notification Preferences.
The settings can be made in the following mask. If you do not want to be notified via the default email address, you have to enter the desired email address here. If you want a notification via SMS, you must also enter the telephone number.
In the drop-down menu you can select the economic unit for which you want to set the notifications.
Checking the box for Email, SMS or Chat activates the notification.
A distinction is made between tour, substitution and summary.

Quality tour completed | You will receive a notification when a quality tour is stopped. |
Tour stopped and new tour selected | Once a tour is stopped and a new tour is selected, a notification is sent. |
Tour quality comment added | As soon as a comment is made on a quality tour, a notification is sent. |

Ready cleaning area beyond n days |
If you want to be notified if the calculated cleaning date has been exceeded, you can enter the number of days exceeded as a prerequisite for a notification. For this you can select a notification frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) and time. Reasons why arreas were not cleaned could be, for example, that an area could not be scheduled because a tour was already too full, or an area was only set to pending or left open by the cleaner. |
Tour not executed today | If a tour was not performed today, you will be notified. For this you can select a notification frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) and time. This function is only active if the tour is planned with the calendar or via the active configuration in the tour management. |
Tour not started | If a "present" calendar entry exists and the cleaning tour has not been started after n minutes (can be set in the notification), a notification is sent. |
Order
Type | Description |
Order Created | You will receive a notification when an order has been created. |
Order Done | You will receive a notification when an order has been completed. |
My Order Created | You will receive a notification when you have created an order. |
My Order Done | You will receive a notification when the order you have created has been completed. |
By clicking on Save, the settings are applied.
